Having worked with technology transformations over the last several decades, there are often many circumstances where we’ve already done what you are trying to do. Putting our experience to work for you will short-cut your learning curve, avoid costly mistakes, and provide the certainty that you are implementing appropriate solutions.
Do you work with developers?
You bet. NIS has new construction experience, from technical oversight to designing and implementing infrastructure on lab and data centre build-outs. We’ve also helped smaller projects such as setting up security cameras on construction sites, and fixing random technology problems after no one else could figure it out.
We have our own IT department, but they need a strategic plan. Can you help us?
Yes! Having worked with executive teams for years, we understand that sometimes decision-makers have differing skill sets. NIS consulting services work with upper management to create technical road maps to guide internal IT departments. This can be project-based or long-term vision-based, with the option to remain available as needed throughout the process.

Can you help me with my house, too?
Sure! We can provide network support if you have a large residential property or need a home office/home automation network integration.
Where are you based?
While currently based in Auckland, New Zealand, we do travel for certain projects. We can also provide consulting services remotely, such as for our clients in Christchurch, Wellington, and Whangarei, as well as U.S.-based MSOs.
How does billing work?
An initial phone call to determine whether we can help is free. After that, we usually set up a site visit or an introductory consult to assess your situation. From there, a game plan is set up. Hourly rates start from $175 per hour, project-dependent.
Do you still work with U.S. MSOs?
We’d be happy to consult for most U.S. based MSOs. Have your people get in touch with our people. 😀
Will you fix my printer?
Unless you are talking about a call centre with network issues hosting printers, probably not. They’re too annoying. 🙂
